SUMMARY:2015 April C8 - Re-Thinking The Workplace
DESCRIPTION:Following the visit to the Baxter office in December\, CI members saw a clearly a positive impact of new work designs and environments on employee engagement\, interaction and drive towards innovation .  The April C8 session is organized by Gerald Lema and continuing along that vein.\n\nWe will have special guest Mr. Daichi Amano (Principal\, Design Director\, Gensler and Associates / International Ltd.).  Daichi will be reviewing the most updated workplace projects in US and Japan\, discover the key factors we need to consider as we explore the new workplace paradigm – one that empower\, engage\, and inspire our workers to meet the challenges of today.\n\nDaichi recently toured some of the most interesting projects in the US. Currently Google\, Apple\, Facebook and others are currently engaged in building multibillion dollar new headquarters which aim to revolutionize the office space. Daichi will share insights on those projects and applications to other businesses.\n\nSpecial thanks again to Gerald in arranging this meeting.\n\nLooking forward to seeing you next week!\n\n
