Political stability has brought the implementation of committed\, strategic economic reform resulting in economic growth\, job creation\, deregulation and increased numbers of women and migrants in the work force.  \nThe Lower House election scheduled for October 22\, 2017 has highlighted that there is a changing political landscape in Japan that will have consequences on the economic momentum accrued over the past 5 years.  \nIn the October luncheon\, CI membership will welcome Senior Associate Professor Stephen Nagy of Tokyo’s International Christian University.  Mr. Nagy will engage in a dialogue with CEOs on the possible economic consequences of the forthcoming Lower House Election and how this will affect both the political landscape as well as our businesses.
