Dr Taylor has BA from Brown University (double major in East Asian Studies and Neuroscience)\, a Master’s in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurial Engineering (Brown)\, MD from Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. He is practicing at Kameda Medical Center just outside Tokyo.
