SUMMARY:2017 Nov C8 - Performance- Making A Difference In Evaluating And Reporting Results
DESCRIPTION:Every boss expects good results. When we talk results\, the sales people and business development teams are the first players to come under the gun. Sales is the lifeblood of every organization. No matter how great the product\, if it doesn’t sell we don’t see that company in the market for very long. \nIn the November CEO Insights meeting\, bosses will discuss performance. As the calendar year comes to end\, the arbitrary Jan to Dec time period gives us a chance to evaluate our sales teams\, our customer service teams\, product development\, management teams\, the company as a whole\, and even ourselves. Many of our membership reports back to an international headquarters elsewhere. The way a CEO reports their performance back to the head office. \nJoin us for great insights on performance @CEO Insights!

SUMMARY:2017 Oct C8 -Being The CEO Who Presents With Panache
DESCRIPTION:One of the most important skills in business is the ability to make presentations in a manner that will engage\, educate\, or sometimes entertain your audience. You may be presenting a business plan\, a new idea\, a change in sales methods or any other topic. What you are presenting is important\, but how you deliver it is even more important. You want your message to be heard\, sure\, but more than that you want your message to be remembered. Joe Peters will share insights from his years of Toastmasters experience as well as the lessons learned over a lifetime of public speaking while holding executive offices. \nJoe is past president of two of Tokyo’s most active English language Toastmasters Clubs and is currently the VP of Education for Tokyo American Club Toastmasters. He also holds Toastmasters International’s Competent Communicator designation. Joe is a long-time entrepreneur\, former CEO of AXA Life in Singapore\, and currently owns one company in Japan and two in the USA. We are excited to have him at CEO Insights.
