Executive coaching has been in vogue for over a decade in the West, and its popularity seems to have finally breached the cultural divide.  Even traditional Japanese firms are jumping on the bandwagon and claiming coaching is an essential business tool. The sudden conversion to coaching raises questions about why recently resigned Abe-san hadn’t thought of hiring one to change his fortunes around.

A very special introduction to De’Longhi’s new restaurant, cafe, and bar.  De’Longhi is an Italian-owned manufacturer of electronics products in Japan.  The CEO Luncheon’s own Patrick Laurer has created this first in the world site for combining the showroom with an excellent place for a fine meal.

We’ll be touring the new facility prior to its opening and be the first group to be enjoying a fine meal at the venue.  Patrick will be sharing how he built this business over the meal.  The cost is zero to us, his only request is that we give a critique on the restaurant.
