We have run out of space in our CEO Luncheon in Tokyo.  With 8 people on the waiting list we have kicked off a new group.

To change the dynamics a bit, on Friday, 5 November 2010 we will kick off a new group.  The guidelines for the group will be the same (here).  The one difference will be a requirement to have the CEO managing at least $20 million USD in revenue.
