Ken started as an executive recruiter in Japan over twenty years ago and eventually made his way into in-house talent management. 15 years ago, he joined Nikko AM helping to transform the organization from a domestically focused, captive asset manager to the high-performance, and global asset manager of today. From 2014 to 2017, Ken was the head of HR for Nikko AM’s Australia and New Zealand business helping to integrate the newly acquired business into one global culture.
