One year after the full implementation of the revised Japanese data privacy law, the European Union new data privacy regulation is coming into force on May 25. It applies to all EU citizens data wherever collected or processed, and the potential fines for violation are staggering. Now is a good time to see if you are prepared, what needs to be done, and what can still be done.
