About Conrad Heraud
Conrad Heraud is president of Heraud Associates, a management consulting company specializing in innovative thinking. H
e graduated with a Master of Science degree in psychology from the University of Canterbury in New Zealand. In Japan he continued research on innovative thinking under a Japanese Ministry of Education Research Scholarship at Hiroshima and Okayama Universities. The 8 Techniques workshop has been conducted for leading Japanese, European and American corporations that have included Shiseido, Ericsson, Bayer, Virgin Atlantic, Michelin, Johnson & Johnson, FedEx, American Express and Waseda University Business School.
