Ray Klein has lived in Tokyo continuously for the past 30 years. He’s made a career of unusual investments and has direct experience in investment in private companies, private debt, asset based debt, US and Japanese real estate, bankruptcy investing, solar development, hotel management, etc.
Not every investment is suited for everyone. Every individual has his profile forrisk vs reward. The question is knowing all the risks. Many investors don’t properly account for the risks associated with high debt and low liquidity.
