Cultivating a Culture of Well-Being: Insights for CEOs in Japan

May 9 @ 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm JST

Free

The May CEO Insights event will be focused on creating a happy and healthy work environment for teams, especially in light of Japan’s high suicide rate, often linked to stressful working conditions. With the added challenges of the ongoing pandemic, including remote work and social isolation, it’s more important than ever to prioritize mental health and well-being in the workplace.

We are excited to feature two excellent guest speakers who will share their insights and expertise. Maria Shimamura, a TED speaker, will discuss the cultural differences in physical touch and how it affects happiness in Japan. Vickie Skorji, the Director of TELL (Tokyo English Life Line), will talk about building confidence and improving mental health among Japan’s residents.

The event promises to equip attendees with practical strategies to create a positive and productive work environment that promotes well-being and team building. By leveraging the knowledge and expertise of our guest speakers, we hope to inspire business leaders to create “the happiest company on earth.”
