At Nikko AM, Ken has driven performance management and talent development, significantly enhancing engagement and performance. He’s been pivotal in the firm’s global transformation, contributing to its evolution from a domestic focus to an international presence with a diverse client base. A certified executive coach fluent in four languages, including Japanese, Ken also chairs the HR committee at the Tokyo American Club.
