Prosperity By Design- Your Team Environment

The last few years, business models have been thrown on their heads. Post-Covid, the percentage of people‘working from home’ or remotely doubled and tripled overnight. Today, while some companies are rethinking how to return to the previous normal, many have adopted this and now are reworking their business models and culture in ways that insure this will be part of how we work, moving into the future. That brings things back to the office. Aside from management and specific roles, how we work together in an office environment inclusive of those joining in remotely, has significance on business results. Join us to discuss how the design of your office and its environment is one of the leading factors in determining engagement, job satisfaction and other factors that directly contribute to your bottom line. The design of your office can have a major impact on individual, team and over all company performance.
In the May CEO Insights meeting we will welcome seasoned architect Mr. Rick Skorick. Mr Skorick is not only designing offices for his client but has also done studies on how to build environments that make a team more productive. In the meeting we will talk about How your facilities affect productivity, engagement and the bottom line.
- What motivates a team to be successful
- What can you do given the dynamics of the market: one size definitely does not fit all.
Come join us for this interactive event that endeavors to leverage design of the workplace for the benefit of a company’s performance and ultimately their bottom line.
