As another year comes to a close, CEOs and senior executives naturally begin looking back—What worked? What didn’t? What grew? What stalled? What decisions paid off, and which ones would we make differently today?

For many of our members, the responsibility extends well beyond Japan, with teams, businesses, and operations across Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. Leading at this level requires more than celebrating the wins. Real growth comes from being willing to examine the mistakes, learn from the challenges, and turn experience into better leadership and better decisions.

Our December CEO Insights meeting has traditionally been one of our most popular gatherings. It is a chance to step away from the demands of the C-suite, take a breath before the year closes, and sit around the table with other CEOs and senior leaders who understand the opportunities—and pressures—of leading a business.

We’ll reflect on the year, share what we’ve learned, and look ahead to the opportunities and challenges coming next.

And, of course, it’s a great opportunity to rub elbows with some of Tokyo’s most influential CEOs and business leaders before everyone heads off for the Christmas and New Year season.
