From X to Y: What you need to know about the next generation.
Generation Y has grown up with a significantly different set of values from their predecessors. How they define success, community and themselves as individuals are changing the shape of how companies and brands need to connect with them.
Saatchi & Saatchi Fallon and their sister offices around the world have recently completed research across 24 countries studying the marketing ramifications of Gen Y. There is incredible consistency in values among this group regardless of country so the implications of these findings can effect companies in Japan, in Asia and around the world. While the full presentation of this study would take 2-3 hours to complete, Phil Rubel will provide a 45 minute overview along with some “colour commentary”.
For this luncheon, we will move to a meeting room within Roppongi Hills Club that has proper AV support equipment and a boardroom table. Lunch will be served as usual. Also, due to scheduling, we will make a rare exception and move the meeting date to Thursday July 29.
