Every boss expects good results. When we talk results, the sales people and business development teams are the first players to come under the gun. Sales is the lifeblood of every organization. No matter how great the product, if it doesn’t sell we don’t see that company in the market for very long.

In the November CEO Insights meeting, bosses will discuss performance. As the calendar year comes to end, the arbitrary Jan to Dec time period gives us a chance to evaluate our sales teams, our customer service teams, product development, management teams, the company as a whole, and even ourselves. Many of our membership reports back to an international headquarters elsewhere. The way a CEO reports their performance back to the head office.
